Shastan Kuschke holds a Master’s Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching & Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University (2020) and graduated with a Master's in Art Education from Virginia Commonwealth University (2012). Additionally, her Bachelor’s in Studio Art was received from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in 2006. Shastan is passionate about facilitating leadership in others; for determining self-development strategies, mastering a commitment for team success, and for understanding how program renovation benefits community. Currently, she serves as a high school Photography instructor and Yearbook advisor in Dallas, TX, also assuming responsibility as the Senior class coordinator for Legacy events and as a class of 2024 academic advisor.

On a personal level - her interests include managing social media for independent business owners, implementing art installations, serving on the local YMCA Board as vice-chair for the Youth Development subcommittee, designing an online platform for Youth Conflict Management, and guiding others in their personal journeys of growth.
